1c55e54eda Refresh p256-x86_64_tests.txt.
The old points weren't even on the curve. I probably had no clue what I
was doing at the time when I generated them. Refresh them with a
checked-in generate script.

Largely random data, but make it easy to add things in the future.

aacb72c1b7 Move ec/ and ecdsa/ into fipsmodule/
The names in the P-224 code collided with the P-256 code and thus many
of the functions and constants in the P-224 code have been prefixed.
