d8eea14443 BIO_new_mem_buf should take const void * 
BIO_FLAGS_MEM_RDONLY keeps the invariant.

5aae776ede Remove calls to ERR_load_crypto_strings. 
Since the error string logic was rewritten, this hasn't done anything.

This utility function is provided for API-compatibility and simply calls
|PKCS12_parse| internally.
