David Benjamin 16b1b1d4d1 Simplify state and info_callback management. ... All the business with rewinding hs->state back or skipping states based on reuse_message or a skip parameter isn't really worth the trouble for a debugging callback. With SSL_state no longer exposed, we don't have to worry about breaking things.
