These files are otherwise up-to-date with OpenSSL master as of 50ea9d2b3521467a11559be41dcf05ee05feabd6, modulo a couple of spelling fixes which I've imported. I've also reverted the same-line label and instruction patch to x86_64-mont*.pl. The new delocate parser handles that fine.
