Adam Langley 7cb920b6ac Include crypto.h from pem.h. ... open_iscsi assumes that it can get |OPENSSL_malloc| after including only pem.h and err.h. Since pem.h already includes quite a lot, this change adds crypto.h to that set so that open_iscsi is happy.
