David Benjamin 9f55b53fa0 Purge the remainder of asn1_mac.h. ... We'd gotten rid of the macros, but not the underlying asn1_GetSequence which is unused. Sadly this doesn't quite get rid of ASN1_(const_)?CTX. There's still some code in the rest of crypto/asn1 that uses it.
