Brian Smith a3d9de05fb Add \|EC_GROUP_get0_order\| to replace \|EC_GROUP_get_order\|. \|EC_GROUP_get0_order\| doesn't require any heap allocations and never fails, so it is much more convenient and more efficient for callers to call.
