3f4e13c7da Fix GCM in non-AESNI mode. 
GCM was broken in non-AESNI mode because I fluffed a #define when
moving gcm128.c across.

d81f801f6d ghash-x86[_64].pl: ~15% improvement on Atom Silvermont
